Vacation countdown widget for iPhone
Add your trip with the ready-made Vacation event, then put its widget on your Lock Screen or Home Screen; the number goes down by itself every day. The Vacation event reminds you 30 days out, a week out, the day before and that morning. In Countdown Widget: Any Event every widget size is free, with unlimited countdowns and no ads.

Pick the right ready-made event
| Event | Counts | Reminds you |
|---|---|---|
| Vacation | Days (all-day) | 30 days, a week and a day before, and that morning |
| Road trip | Days (all-day) | A week and a day before, and that morning |
| Flight | Down to the hour (set the departure time) | The day before and on the day |
One widget for the whole trip
Most trips come with more than one date: when you need to book something, the flight, then the first day away. Add each as its own countdown, and the list widget shows the next few in order, so the closest one is always on top. The Disney trip countdown shows this with dining and Lightning Lane dates.
Counting down with someone
With Pro you can invite your travel partner to the countdown, and it shows up on their iPhone too; joining is free. See the shared countdown page for how it works.
After the trip
Days that have passed aren’t deleted. They collect into a timeline you can look back through. Tap an event and it turns over to a page of its own, where you can write a few lines and add photos from the trip.
